3 if my withdrawals have gone missing!

I took a withdrawal out and it wouldn't let me do it in one sum of money so I am now missing payments!!! And they are not just little payments 1 is of £400 & £100!

I have received the payments after those ones processed!! I have emailed and had no response!! I don't understand how they all to the same payment method and they missing but yet payments after them ones have cone through!! I have even sent proof

This guys are thief’s. Still haven’t refunded my 150 pounds they deducted from my balance I just want my money back and close my account. Stay away from this site . It’s been 5 days still not gotten my refund.

I bought 10 scratch cards for £8 I won 5 free tickets 1x£5 and 2x2 and I had a balance £10 before I used up my 10 cards, when I started playing the free cards my money started fluctuating up and down which was confusing as the system was still tallying up the remaining cards yet my money was going down.

It would also be really helpful to show the odds of winning per game and the winner stats and dates that they won.

Stop asking me for more information about my problems with your casino its plain as day .READ yourselves my reviews. I have closed my account with you PERMANENTLY. Your a complete scam. Within 3days of closing my account with you .4 Attempts were made to withdraw money from my bank account STEAL but they were unsuccessful. My bank alerted me straight away. New bank card numbers changed etc.not surprising asking for all IDENTITY information.???????.but no more .whoever it was I no who my suspicion is aimed at.HOPE your casino shuts down permanently.

I had hoped for a good session playing some slots tonight, but it's just awful. Constantly timing out, errors, 'oops, something went wrong' messages for pretty much every slot played.

The justification for locking the account is based around safer gambling, and having a discussion about that is something that is reasonable, but very poor communication and creating concerns over whether I'll be able to withdraw my money isn't particularly healthy. Rating two stars in the hope there is a speedy resolution, but the communication alone warrants that. Quite concerned.

Total scammers. Out of £60 never won a bean. The roulette is totally rigged. Played my usual system and kept noticing the coughs all the time when you place bets !!!. got my documents verified started playing, won some money, won't let me withdraw my money without alot more documents but will let me deposit. shocking company, no helpline, live chat or anything. definitely scamming people when you can deposit but not withdraw. I would stay well away as I can tell this will take a while to get my money back. should not have a gambling licence in the UK.

I would give more the 3 star but the slots kept crashing. Now waiting on my withdrawal, if that is problematic I will update the review to 1 star. The slots are okay-ish, played most of them, and lost half my money in the process but that's on me, I was in profit but didn't withdraw. My problem with your site is the continuing had to change slots because they didn't work or played 5-10 rounds and kicked me out

UPDATE: withdraw complete in 1 day, quick first withdrawal, maybe because was my money ( half of them) but will play again soon. Also receive an email asking about how comfortable I am gambling, which is good.
